Terms and Company Policy
Thank you for supporting our business.
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. All orders need at least a weeks notice to avoid a 25% rush fee. Your initial deposit of 50% reserves your event date. We must receive the remaining balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any damage to your desserts after setup or when delivery is complete.
If you our your representative elect to pick up and/or set up your desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the desserts once it leaves the possession of My 2 Sons Bakery.
My 2 Sons Bakery will contact you directly to arrange a pickup or delivery time 24-48 hours before your event date. Please be on time for your pick up or delivery. If you arrive 5 minutes after your scheduled time there will be a $25.00 additional late fee charge. After 10 minutes from your scheduled time, all orders will be cancelled with no refund.
You are responsible for providing optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.
On occasion we will photograph our dessert and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
